Maybe you have gone from 1 to 275 based on mostly buying greens to DE and buying some mats. You could use enchantrix and auctioneer to help you decide what is priced right. Enchantrix tells you what percentage an item will DE into and you multiply out those to get an "Expected Value". If a green is priced below that, you could buy it, or bid on it. For example, weapons level 41-45  have a chance of 75% to get 1.5 Greater Nether Essence, and 20% to get 1.5 Dream Dust, and 5% to get one Large Radiant Shard. Using the market price on your server for those mats times their expected outcomes gives you a value of 11g38s. If a weapon is listed below this, then it is a good buy to DE vs just buying the mats.

You could check the price of the mats vs. The selling price of the scrolls and you won't make a scroll just to list it for less than the mats cost you. Usually, the weapon enchants are selling far above the value of their mats. You can have been making a wide variety of scrolls, and won't make any if 10 or more are already listed. If there is no info in your auctioneer data for a scroll, then you can tab out to Allakhazam to check its price listings. You don't worry if scrolls don't sell after listing them, with no AH listing cut, you can re-list them over and over until they eventually sell. You can't imagine enchanting without vellums for the scrolls. Leveling enchanting is so expensive. Your way has been a little slower, but you have not lost money, and if anything you have gained some gold. You could look forward to continuing this further.
